THFX LLC NEW YORK SCAM, LONDON SCAM
This is to make the general public aware that THFX LLC is a scam company, and that the owner Mr Tim Hembry is a fraudulent person that has caused huge fraud to businesses and people using THFX Ltd, registered in England and Wales � Reg. No. 07677649, and recently has set up a new company in the UK called THFX (UK) Ltd because THFX Limited was served a county court winding up order in Manchester, UK. The domain name for THFX Ltd used to be: www.thfx.co.uk; and Mr Hembry still uses the email address tim.hembry@thfx.co.uk as seen when he set up the domain name www.thfxny.us, for the new company registered in New York City, US as �THFX LLC� � check this out on this link: http://whois.domaintools.com/thfxny.us to proof our point.
Since disappearing with people�s money, he has removed all the webpage contents of www.thfx.co.uk , you can visit this domain to prove this fact. He has also removed his Facebook photo so that he remains untraceable.
Now, that he knows that his activities have been known here in the UK, he has decided to move to the US probably hoping to con unsuspecting victims, by setting up THFX LLC, New York. This was set up in April 2011.
This is how he works � he has accomplices that act friendly and state that they are looking for someone that can provide proof of substantial amount of funds to support their application of some sort of funding they are pursuing with a Swiss Bank. Once you provide them with the proof of funds, then they change the tactics and say that the funding bank wants the actual funds to be in THFX Ltd�s bank account for 20 working days before they can receive the huge funding they claim to be in region of USD 300 million. He uses fake BGs and other fake documents on his laptop showing huge amounts of false bank transactions that to support this aspect of his tricks to con you.
Once, funds are transferred to their bank account, then that will be the last time you see your money, however he will hang around for a few months to keep you hoping before finally decided to cut communication and disappear with your hard earned funds.
